A member must to pay all expenses for your delivery insurance and the choice of your delivery company. But, The mall will pay for EDI charges.

A member who want to return or exchange of the product must submit request form, photo, relevant data within 72hours, the mall reviews all data and documents which a member submitted, after that, the mall have to return or exchange of the product if it fit the sub-section 1 condition.
