This clause is for the definition of mall's rights, duty of a member and regulations of responsibility matter.
Á¦2Á¶ ¿ë¾îÀÇ Á¤ÀÇ(Definition of the second article term.)
1) ÀÌ ¾à°ü¿¡¼ ¡°Á¦Ç°¡±À̶óÇÔÀº ¸ô¿¡ µî·ÏÇÏ¿© ÆÇ¸ÅÇÏ´Â Ãë±Þ¹°Ç°À» ¸» ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
"Product" is goods to sell at the mall at these clauses.
2) ÀÌ ¾à°ü¿¡¼¡°È¸¿ø¡±Àº ¸ô¿¡ ¸í½ÃµÇ¾î ÀÖ´Â ¾à°ü¿¡ µ¿ÀÇÇÏ°í °¡ÀÔÀ» ÇÑ È¸¿ø Áß µµ¸Å°Å·¡ Àǻ簡 ÀÖ´Â »ç¶÷ ¶Ç´Â ȸ»ç°¡ ¸ô¿¡¼ ¿ä±¸ÇÏ´Â Ãß°¡ ¾÷üÁ¤º¸¸¦ Á¦ÃâÇÏ°í ¸ô·Î ºÎÅÍ µµ¸Å°Å·¡ ½ÂÀÎÀ» ¹ÞÀº ȸ¿øÀ» ¸»ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

1) ÀÌ ¾à°üÀº µµ¸Å°Å·¡¸¦ Èñ¸ÁÇϴ ȸ¿ø¿¡ ´ëÇÑ µµ¸Åȸ¿ø ½ÂÀÎÀ» ¸ôÀÌ ¿Ï·áÇϰí ȸ¿ø¿¡°Ô µµ¸Å½ÂÀÎ µÇ¾úÀ½À» Å뺸ÇÏ´Â ½ÃÁ¡ºÎÅÍ ±× È¿·ÂÀÌ ¹ß»ýµË´Ï´Ù.

A member can't refund or exchange if the product is damaged(But it is excludes in order to check for the damaged product), value decline by use of a member or some consumption, value decline because long time after purchasing, the product is same as product information

A member who want to return or exchange of the product must submit request form, photo, relevant data within 72hours, the mall reviews all data and documents which a member submitted, after that, the mall have to return or exchange of the product if it fit the sub-section 1 condition.
4) ¸ôÀº ȸ¿øÀÌ Á¦Ç°À» ±¸¸ÅÇÏ¿© ÆÇ¸ÅÇÑ ÈÄ¿¡ ¹ß»ýÇÏ´Â Á¦Ç°ÀÇ Àç°í¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Ã¥ÀÓÀ» ÁöÁö ¾Ê½À´Ï´Ù.
A mall does not any responsibility for stock of products since a member bought a product.
Á¦9Á¶ ȸ¿øÀÇ Àǹ« (Duty of member)
1) I, D ¹× ¾ÏÈ£¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °ü¸®Ã¥ÀÓÀº ȸ¿ø¿¡°Ô ÀÖÀ¸¸ç ȸ¿øÀÇ ºÎÁÖÀÇ·Î Á¤º¸°¡ À¯ÃâµÇ¾î ¹ß»ýÇÑ ÇÇÇØ¿¡ ´ëÇØ ¸ôÀº Ã¥ÀÓÀ» ÁöÁö ¾Ê½À´Ï´Ù. ȸ¿øÀº ¾ÆÀ̵ð ¹× ºñ¹Ð¹øÈ£¸¦ ŸÀο¡°Ô ¾çµµ, ´ë¿© ÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø½À´Ï´Ù.
The member undertake the responsibility any damages which occurred by member's mistake of management of ID, password, management. Members can't transfer his/her ID and password to the strangers.

1) ȸ¿øÀº ¾ðÁ¦µçÁö ¸ô¿¡°Ô ÇØÁöÀǻ縦 ÅëÁöÇÔÀ¸·Î½á ȸ¿øÀÇ ÀÌ¿ë°è¾àÀ» ÇØÁöÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. ´Ü, ȸ¿øÀº ÇØÁöÀǻ縦 ÅëÁöÇϱâ Àü¿¡ ¸ðµç °Å·¡ÀýÂ÷¸¦ ¿Ï·á, öȸ ¶Ç´Â Ãë¼ÒÇØ¾ßÇϸç ÀÌ·Î ÀÎÇØ ¹ß»ýµÇ´Â ºÒÀÌÀÍ¿¡ ´ëÇØ ¸ôÀº Ã¥ÀÓÀ» ÁöÁö ¾Ê½À´Ï´Ù.
A member can cancel the membership by the notice of cancellation to the mall. But, a member have to finish all transactions procedures before the cancellation. There are no responsibility to the mall for the any occurred disadvantage from cancellation.
2) ȸ¿øÀÌ ¸ôÀÌ Á¦°øÇÏ´Â ¼ºñ½º¸¦ ¹æÇØÇÏ´Â ÇàÀ§¸¦ Çϰųª ¾à°ü¿¡ À§¹èµÇ´Â ÇàÀ§¸¦ ÇßÀ» ¶§ ¸ôÀº ȸ¿ø½ÂÀÎÀ» Ãë¼ÒÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.
A mall can cancel member approval as the member disturb the service or did an act in breach of mall's rule.
3) ȸ¿øÀÌ Á¦Ç°±¸¸Å¸¦ ÅëÇØ ¾òÀº Á¦Ç°Á¤º¸¸¦ ŸÀÎ ¶Ç´Â Ÿ»ç¿¡ À¯ÃâÇϰųª ¸ôÀÇ Á¦Ç°Á¤º¸¸¦ ±âÃÊÇÏ¿© Á¦Ç°À» »ý»ê, ÆÇ¸Å, À¯ÅëÇÏ´Â ÇàÀ§¸¦ Àû¹ßÇßÀ» ¶§ ¸ôÀº ¼ÕÇØ¹è»ó û±¸ ¹× ȸ¿øÀÚ°ÝÀ» Ãë¼ÒÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.
If a member of the mall does give the product information of the mall to the third party or make products with information of mall's goods, the mall can cancel membership or claim compensation for the loss.

The base dates and time to transactions with a member are the time of the Republic of Korea
2) ¸ôÀº ȸ¿øÀÌ ¼ºñ½º¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ±â´ëÇÏ´Â ¼öÀÍÀ» »ó½ÇÇÑ °Í¿¡ ´ëÇÑ »çÇ×°ú ±×¹Û¿¡ ¼ºñ½º¸¦ ÅëÇÏ¿© ¾òÀº ÀÚ·á·Î ÀÎÇØ ¹ß»ýµÇ´Â ȸ¿øÀÇ ¼ÕÇØ¿¡ °üÇÏ¿© Ã¥ÀÓÀ» ÁöÁö ¾Ê½À´Ï´Ù.
A mall does not have any responsibility for the member's loss of expected profit or a matter caused by information from the mall
3) ¸ôÀº ȸ¿øÀÌ ¹è¼Û, ȯÀ² µîÀÇ Á¤º¸¸¦ ½±°Ô È®ÀÎÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖµµ·Ï ÇØ´çÁ¤º¸¸¦ °¡Áö°í Àִ ȸ»çÀÇ À¥»çÀÌÆ®¸¦ ¸ô¿¡ ¿¬°áÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ¸¸ç ¿¬°áµÈ À¥»çÀÌÆ®¿¡¼ Á¦°øÇÏ´Â Á¤º¸¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Ã¥ÀÓÀº ÁöÁö ¾Ê½À´Ï´Ù.
The mall have not any responsibilities for the incorrect information from the other web-sites linked to the mall
